1. Returns and Exchanges
We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
Please note that certain items, such as intimate apparel, swimwear, and clearance sale items, are non-returnable and non-refundable for hygiene and final-sale reasons.
2. Return Process

- Your full name and order number
- Details of the item(s) you wish to return
- A brief explanation of the reason for return (e.g., defective item, incorrect item, wrong size)
Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address. Please do not send any items back without prior authorization, as they may not be processed.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs
- If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind or incorrect size ordered), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account
- If the returned item does not meet the eligibility conditions, it may be sent back to you at your expense
5. Late or Missing Refunds

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly provide photos or videos showing the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
